The following document shall be considered legally binding.

Acceptance of Terms and Use: By reading the following terms and conditions, the user acknowledges and accepts the conditions set forth, and will agree to abide by the terms and conditions while using the site. If the user does not accept the terms and conditions, the site should not be used. This agreement may be modified at any time, and the user is responsible for their own awareness of any updates, amendments, or revisions.

Owner of Content: All materials* and information found on the Home of Hope website is owned and managed by Home of Hope at Gwinnett Children’s Shelter. Any information or materials taken from the website by an outside party will be deemed unlawful without the consent from Home of Hope.

*Social Media Materials that are found on HOH social media pages, such as Facebook, may be used by non-HOH parties only in the ways allowed through such platforms. Any content or material taken from a social media page and used outside of the designation allowed through the social media site itself will be deemed unlawful as relates to the “Owner of Content” Amendment found herein.

Donor Registration: all information obtained through our online payment platform (PayPal) should be understood by the user upon agreement to the terms indicated during the sign up and information input process.

General Registration: Throughout the HOH website there are sign up forms or pages that request basic personal information such as: Name, Contact Email/Phone, and Address. The information obtained in these forms will not be used for any purpose other than in the ways indicated by the form itself, nor will this information be shared with any outside parties.

Rights to Use: HOH will not use any of the user information acquired on the HOH website, or through the payment platform, for any advertising or public use. Information obtained will not be shared with any parties outside of HOH.

Legal Disclaimer: HOH will not be responsible for any damages incurred by a user to the site that does not fall within the spectrum of liability for the HOH website, nor any damages that might be incurred due to a users ill-intent, fraudulent use, or any instances of similar legal negligence.
